Or it was shot by Putin himself from Dragunov for they don't allow drones anywhere near Russia! :-)
Anyway, the guy is just a schmuck. He owns a shop at socalhobbies.com and I'm pretty sure he is a well known trickster in CA. I just was unfortunate enough to trust this little prick.

Thanx, pal. Not much, no. I agreed to help mostly for fun, to get a drone, which I'll never buy myself, because I'm not a fan of drones :-)
Still doesn't excuse that Californian biatch, who fed me a bunch of promises and eventually just gone silent.

Whoever is supposed to be moderating this forum, and removing spam, is falling down on the job. There are literally hundreds of Chinese-language spams selling university diplomas, and they can't be bothered to remove them.
Edit: According to
