new shop - what ver is better -2.3.0.2 or 2.3.0.3rc?

I'm going to move my store to oc 2, but want to ask what version will you suggest to use: 2.3.0.2 or 2.3.0.3rc?
(will be clean install, will move products with excelport most likely)
And you you have some inside information, how long until 2.3.0.3 is officially released?

v2.3.0.2 is the current stable version. 2.3.0.3 is still under development with no release date. I would imagine it's far from stable for production use.

If you want to upgrade to the last version, you can upgrade to 2.3.0.2 or 2.2 now
