Extensions Menu Missing

Hello All, I have just installed a new version of OpenCart 2.3.0.2 and I am trying to add a purchased extension. I tells me to open the extensions menu but I just do not have that menu option?
Can anyone help?

In the latest 2.3.0.2 version the extensions have been moved to extensions/extensions then you can select from the dropdown menu

I'm having the same problem, there's no Extensions option listed in the Admin menu. I updated from the old 1.5x version. I've seen several people with the same problem, but no solutions.

I never did, I found solutions for similar issues, but none fixed mine. I tried installing a fresh copy, import the database that bombed.
