Changing Module Title

Hello,

I just updated to the newest version and am still getting the hang of it.

How can I change the titles of modules? For example.. I want to make "Latest" say something else on the store page.

In site admin > extension/modules

Thank you but obviously I looked there first. lol This changes the tile in the panel only. I want to change the title that shows in the store itself.
