Edit top menu for more option

Hello all,

I'm still working hard on config the 2.0. I see on the top menu, I can only add or remove category. I plan on using the left column category box. So, the category at the top menu will all be remove. Now I have empty top menu bar there and I want to add/move "contact us", "terms and condition" and create add new pages like Blog on the top menu. How can I do that? To be more specific:

1. How can I move "contact us" to the top menu?
2. How can I create new page? then add into the top menu?
