Hi I'm new here! having a little trouble with admin not letting log into the website, i have the correct passcode and username but it doesn't budge. i installed opencart through godaddy app station and i just recently bought a new theme to take advantage of open cart. Kind of in a rut as now i cant even get to the admin page , if anyone has any insight on this that would be great thanks!

pwreset.php is s single FILE, to be placed either in the ROOT or Admin Sub,
and then called by it's name, by example:
http:// yourserver. com/store/pwreset.php
or:
http:// yourserver. com/store/admin/pwreset.php
and AFTER USE, remove it immediately again, or anyone else could use it as well !!!

Well, then better kill that GoDaddy Crap, and install OC the regular way.

i knew i was going to come back! so i went ahead and installed it the regular way but now I'm getting this error: Fatal error: Uncaught exception 'Exception' with message 'Error: Could not load model total!' on the main page and my admin page is doing the same thing.

there is no MODEL/TOTAL/... in OC v.2.3.x only a MODEL/EXTENSION/TOTAL/...
and that means, that you use something OLD, no longer working in OC v.2.3.x !
