website pages not automatically refreshing

Hi,

I have the latest version of opencart and use journal 3 templates. The pages of the website don't automatically refresh, so if I go in and change, say the layout of the first page, then go to the live site, the old version of the first page appears until i press refresh. To start with i thought it was a browser issue but i think its something on opencart set up as it happens when things are added to the cart, if I take something out and put something else in, when I go to checkout, the old cart appears until I press refresh, help! What should I look at?

Whatever you change in Admin, clear out your different Cache Sections
first, or nothing will be changed on the Front Side for some time ...
