After installation of SSL in my server, customers are receiving emails of al purchases order updates and other things but the Admin is not getting any emails.
I am using:
Mail Engine - Mail
Mail Parameters - Blank
SMTP Hostname - ssl://smtpout.secureserver.net
SMTP Username - myemail@mydomain.com
SMTP Password - my custom email password
SMTP Port - 25
SMTP Timeout - 5
Please suggest settings to start receiving emails.
When mail (php-native) is used, no SMTP settings are required.uki wrote: ↑Sat Feb 26, 2022 2:46 pmAfter installation of SSL in my server, customers are receiving emails of al purchases order updates and other things but the Admin is not getting any emails.

Otherwise you have to select SMTP.
And, have you ever checked your error logs (OpenCart and server)?

If using Mail a the mail engine try setting Mail Parameters to -fuser@example.com where user@example.com is your store's email address.
Look in your mail logs. Track Delivery under cPanel. If not using cPanel ask your host.
Or try using SMTP as the mail engine and setting the port to 465.
Whatever method you use, use an online email deliverability checker to check everything is set up correctly.
