Language is obviously an issue.

Why do you think Opencart is missing in 2021?
At a wild guess, the only thing that makes any sense to me is possibly something in the attached?
Is this what you mean?

Well, it seems there is a big misunderstanding .. ?!
All what the screenshot is telling us, is that the Software (OpenCart) has the Copyright from 2009 until 2020.
And in 2021 the year 2020 will be changed automatically to 2021, and then to 2022, and then to 2023 and so on ..

Never have seen such a stupid question ever before .. or it is a joke.
