Gives you the freedom to set sub options based from a parent option value. No limit on the number of sub options.

This is possible now with this module.

Product: Car 1
Year -> Make -> Model -> etc..

Requirements: VQmod

Demo:

Frontend: http://demo.dolrichfortich.com/opencart_options_pro/
Backend: http://demo.dolrichfortich.com/opencart ... pro/admin/

Username: demo
Password: demo

You can buy the module here:

Let me know if you have any inquiries. :D

Nice work - this is very close to what I've been looking for!

Is there a way to dynamically change the model based on options selected? I sell motorcycle luggage (see link in signature) and have a number of different options:
  • 31L, 38L, or 45L pannier size
  • Powdercoated black rack or stainless steel
  • Natural aluminum, powdercoated black, or powdercoated gray finish
  • Lid color same as pannier, alternate black, or alternate gray
Ideally, if someone selects a 38L pannier with stainless racks in natural aluminum and same color lids, I'd like to return a unique model number. If they choose a 38L pannier with black racks in powdercoated gray and alternate black lids, it's a different model. Currently I just have a generic model number in OC that I have to manually translate back into QuickBooks based on options selected. It's tough to keep inventory accurate on the site, and if I move forward with automating with eCC from Webgility, it won't handle multi-option orders unless it can return a unique model/item number.

Any thoughts?

Thanks!

How about doing this?

38L(Select) > Black Rack(Select) > powdercoated gray(Select) > Alternate Black(Select) > Model Number(Checkbox)

You can try setting up the options on my demo site, you can check if it may work with your store.

Thanks Dolrich - I'll play with the demo site a bit and see if that would work. I think the problem is that eCC will pull the "Model" from the OC transaction to map to the "Item" in QuickBooks.

Thanks for your quick response...

1. This module is compatible with version 1.5.x
2. It would depend on the template, email me this file "template_name/template/product/product.tpl" so I could check

here is my email, admin@dolrichfortich.com

I want to purchase this module but first I have to be sure that it works with "Options Boost by Qphoria module" and NevaCart theme. Could you let me know ASAP? :)

Thanks!

It likely does not work with options boost. I have a new option system in the works and hopefully that will make it more easily integrated with other dependent option mods but won't know until we get to that point.

I love this contribution and would use it in a heartbeat.

Our only issue is that we cant bulk update options once we set them. We currently use the Options Boost by Qphoria module that allows us to bulk update options. We have a store with over 11K products and need to be able to update option prices and variables on a fairly regular basis.

For example lets say we have 1000 products with the option combination of

Blue
-->Large
-->Med
Red
-->Large
-->Med
--> Small
-----> Round
-----> Square
Pink
-->Large

and then we need to update and add lets say an extra colour. Using your module as it is we would need to update 1000 products individually. Can your module be modified to allow mass updating? We would be willing to pay extra if the module needs to be re-written for this purpose.

Thanks, Nick

Yes, I can cater that, just send me how you want that mass update to work. Just send me an email at admin@dolrichfortich.com so we could discuss.
