This is not a major concern but did make my mind wonder for a solution as to why 1 product I added to the shopping cart would change the price to $0.00. I even spent a good 20 mins searching the web for a solution. Turns out, when the product was added to the catalog, someone clicked the "Add Special" button under the Special tab and decided not to create the special after all. Innocently enough, the employee moved away from the Specials tab without clicking the "Remove" button first. She told me it was all zeros so she didn't think anything about it. Low and behold, it created a free item when added to the shopping cart. We are now, as a team, aware of that possibility and I now watch item's closer as they are added, but that should automatically remove the special if left blank or a warning should request required fields. Other than this issue, my cart has performed flawlessly.
