I have had 2 orders that were actually processed go into the "Missing Orders" status instead of "Pending" which means they were never seen. Anyone else have this error or bug?

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (iPad; CPU OS 5_1 like Mac OS X) AppleWebKit/534.46 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/5.1 Mobile/9B176 Safari/7534.48.3

Payment Type: Credit Card / Debit Card (Authorize.Net)


This is for just one order as I do not remember the other name for the other order. Any ideas? This is not a good bug to have. Please advise. Thank you!

Actually, ya I did. There are a ton of threads all with different problems. I see the new version is still having this issue. I got another one today with 1.5.2.1. I don't even realize until the customer says they never got their product 2 weeks later. This one was a credit card purchase. This seems to be very random. Maybe two people purchasing at the exact same time? I am not really sure where to even begin debugging something like this.

I did get a merchant email receipt, but it was not in the system so it did not get shipped.
