In the "Account" module you have a link: Returns <route=account/return>
Which when you go to this page: 90% of the time it will say: "You have not made any previous returns!"

It would be better to include a more helpful error message letting the customer know how they can place a return either:
- Add a link to the error message saying "return your product here"
- Or "You need to click the small link in the footer under customer service also labelled Returns"

Maybe you made it hard/confusing like this on purpose so that it makes it harder for a customer to return a product.

PS: To be honest this is standard behaviour of Opencart error messages, it clearly state what is wrong but very rare does it give any useful information to help the customer in how to put this error right.

Go thru your language files and make any text changes you want to there. That's the easiest way I've found.

If you use multistores, just make sure to leave any links you add relative.

Running Opencart v3.0.3.2 with multi-stores and the default template from https://www.labeshops.com which has links to all my stores.

Use grepWin to find the files that contain any OpenCart text you don't like. Then you can go in and edit it. :)
