today i upload several files to my images folder.
if one of the images filename contains characters like áéíúó´ñ or ' NONE of the images in the folder will display in the admin panel to be assigned to any product. Even the ones that doesnt contain any special character in their names.
those are very common characters in spanish filenames. So i have to figure out why the image manager was not showing images inside certain folders and realize that this characters was the reason. I renamed the files and booom now i can see all of them.
mmm well i cannot assure its my server but i have this behavior only with opencart.
it is a dedicated server and i run several other websites on it without any problem with files using this characters. phpbb runs fine. subdreamer cms also works well in the same server with those files.
can anyone try to rename a image file to ññàó's.jpg and verify if the image manager shows the file and the other files inside the same folder?
