Changed to SEO URL's now cant access the admin page

sql would have all the info categories, products, banner, settings, everything, correct?

Yep, it should have all the info. Did you export all the database? or just some of the tables. How much had you added to your store? If it just categories,products and the information pages, only export those.

About the first issue with seo, now I can tell you I forgot to ask the obvious. I didn't ask you if your oc files were in the root folder or not? If they were not in the root, then you needed to modify the rewrite base in the htaccess to point to your path. For example should be.. Also, if you are still having issues with seo, check if your server has apache mod rewrite installed which I think it has since it is arvixe. I hope you could work it out.
