By doing a test, I notice that the email that you receive, there is no picture of the theme (Aniversáio / Christmas / etc ..) and also does not show the logo of the store.
Also notice that the registration of a new customer and order also does not appear in the logo of the store.
Anyone know the solution?
I use as email service Gmail.
Thanks,

why don't you post the message source.
also where is the mail beening sent from? the same server as your site or going through smtp?
this might be a setting on gmail. check the gmail settings to allow inline images to be shown!
I can see images with no problem using the latest firefox and chrome. I haven't tested in internet explorer. The email code you just posted looks fine. If you can see it in chrome, then it's not an opencart issue, it might be something as simple as a setting in your browser. Check firefox options, and look under the content tab to see if "Load images automatically" is checked. Just a guess.az-vm wrote:Daniel wrote:works fine for me:
I do not understand why in Internet Explorer Version 8 and 9, you can not see ...... since most of my clients use this browser.
Is there a solution?
Thank´s

Daniel,Daniel wrote:i can always make the images linked back to the owners site.
it would be easier and make things more compatible.
they would of course have to allow the mail to to show the images.
the only problem might be if some one has hot linking protection on.

Sounds like a good idea to me.
Although I am biased because I and most of my clients use Thundbird (throughh my recommendation).
Now they are all attacking me with sticks and blunt instruments lol
