Can anyone tell me how I access these odd links on my site - we want to run a Google campaign and we can't because of these alien links which I can't find on our back end and if they aren't in our website, how do we get rid of them?

I strongly suggest you to:
1. Change all your passwords (OpenCart, FTP, Hosting Account, etc.)
2. Check all your folders (hosting) and try to find any file with an odd name
3. Talk with your hosting tech support and ask them to run the antimalware tool
