Settings admin panel edit after save not working

Hi Everyone,

I got some issie on my admin panel at settings

settings/store i get this error after i rechange section with text but it gives error Title must be between 3 and 32 characters!

and below i get code

i can not change or edit to save because there is some bug that i can not fix guys
