SQL error

Can someone help me please to resolve following issue in File Uplaod in my myphpadmin

What may be the actual problem in download sql file. After clicking on Link generated in admin leaves a blank space and nothing else. It is happening with my Vqmod Vendor module.

This table doesn't exist so it can't dump the information into it:
