my customers cannot type lowercase letter "p"

My customers cannot type the lowercase letter "p" into any ordering forms on my website.
can anybody fix this for me? I will gladly pay. I do not know anything how to accomplish

Seems to be caused by the following js file in your header.tpl:

<script type="text/javascript" src="catalog/view/theme/eCart/js/scripts.js"></script>

removing it solves the issue

I do not know how to accomplish this task?

Edit the file catalog/view/theme/yourtheme/template/common/header.tpl and there you should find that code.
You should notify the theme developer about the issue and ask him what that file is for.
