I would guess that to some extent the newer suite of browsers' plugins work just differently enough to foster the differences. One would, of course, expect statistically that in the long haul those would even out.

I don't think this should happen because I have tried it to find out E cigarette in Google and it gives me the same result in chrome, Firefox and explorer also. The result was not changed it was totally same in all three browsers.
I don't have idea that How it got changed in your case..

Browsing in private mode may contribute to it. Differences in engine updating (manual and automatic, alike) in the several browsers would probably contribute to it.

Google keeps track of your searches and tries to make results more relevant to your past searches. I'm not sure if this is only when logged in to a Google account, or any time based on cookies. That usually accounts for differences in searches made at the same time.

Since I systematically review cookies on the fly and eradicate marketeers' cookies within seconds of their arrivals, even in private browsing mode, I'm convinced that Google's radically unnecessary proliferations of the damned things would be even worse inside a Google account than outside one. Eradicating those actually frees and speeds the software I'm using in the first place. Meanwhile, if I let them accumulate for a short while, I get generally the same search results, cookies or no cookies. I suppose it relates partly to the additional wrinkle that I don't "shop" for what marketeers and engines want to track (what, one that doesn't go with any pack, what's that, let's set more cookies, oops, where'd he go?). Sooner or later Google will figure out some of why Lycos withered on its own vine. Boole, without marketeers.

Here, close to home, Google cookies in searches do not "help" finding anything and are simply not necessary or sufficient for robotic ingestions of posts en masse, Google's robots included. Usually a search returning upteen results will drop many-fold in going to page two, even to the extent that an initial third to fifth power of ten results drops to the first or even the null power of ten (tens <100, even ones <10). "Is that any way to run an airline?" Yup, paint a big G on it, overload it with useless cookie crumbs and fly it into fake birds, and let the safety board blame it on pilot error. "Is that any way to run an engine?" No.

The practice, if you mind your cookies and status bar to observe it, intrudes even into our own account consoles and PM. In that context, even in PM, the practice is no longer merely an annoyance, it actually undermines confidence in both privacy (why even bother tracking?) and security (robots are robots, they can be made "bright" but not benign). Notice that Google does not completely delete anything into eternal poof. Delete your Google-based mail; Google still has it, Homeland Security and Interpol can still get at it, the point is the principle of leaving us the [blank] alone. The only saving grace is that eventually there won't be enough hard drives and live ram to continue saving anything more any more, and companies tend to last only a century. Beyond that, there are not enough electrons in it to map flat and archive even half of the visible universe.

Having said that, I'll reemphasize that OC itself and the forum software itself are secure, from perspective of security as such. At least one privileged robot does not heed "NoFollow" in a context where we would not ordinarily expect an example of how useless that directive is against robots that are preset to ignore it "in the wild" where we do our best to keep them out. And that, here, is close to home, mostly an irritation, but disconcerting nonetheless.

Can I disable the tracking???

How well you can expect to disable what varies among browsers and their versions, but much of the tracking is gone or minimized with cookie restrictions set and private browsing set in Firefox. Private mode may interfere with memory of your own log-ins. You can also use other engines, but virtually none of them leaves us alone.
