[vQmod] Make Model# and Category Names Clickable Links

This mod will make the product model number and the category name clickable links so that you don't need to use the tiny "Edit" link to make your changes.

This updated version adds the following:
• Added PHP code so that prices display with dollar sign and commas
- setlocale() can be changed to match your country
• Rearranged the order of Model and Product Name columns for better organization
• Changed the size of some of the filter input boxes to better match their respective columns

NOTE: This mod is incompatible with vqmod_edit_prices_admin_product_list and any other mods that change the same code as this one.
