[vQMod] How to display prices with tax at checkout confirm

Has anyone ever got this working with the shipping problem, which shows ex tax ??

Any solutions yet for this problem? All swedish webshops would really have the ability to show subtotal with tax in cart and checkout including showing shipping including tax!! This is a MAJOR problem! By the way I'm using OC 1.5.1.3.
