Lookin for an extension updating existing option prices only

Hi!

I am looking for a solution to update product options prices, but only existing ones! So no bulk insert. I have bought "Bulk Insert / Edit Product Options - vQmod" but it's not what I want, because when editing it also adds options to products. I need something to only update existing options prices. Free or commercial I don't care. Anyone can help?
