Hi All,

I have developed a mod for Piwik (Open-source alternative to Google Analytics - highly recommended!) to allow tracking with Ecommerce functionality (product views, cart operations, orders etc). I've got it to a state where I want to release a first cut to get peoples opinions and suggestions, and of course weed out any bugs

It is up on github and available to download - See the description page - (requires vQmod)

Let me know your comments pleeeeease and spread the word!!

My website uses an open source CMS or programming, there is most likely already a plugin or module for tool to make it easier to integrate Piwik.

Whatever works with your setup is cool. For most people on the Opencart forum wanting a Piwik mod for a regular Opencart install, this fills a gap that there was previously nothing available for. If you do try it out, let me know how you get on. Feedback much appreciated.

Hello I installed your vqmod on top of Piwik a couple of days ago and have noticed an error or two appearing on my site.
These are the error codes I am getting.

Notice: Undefined variable: product_total in /****/*******/******_html/vqmod/vqcache/vq2-catalog_controller_product_search.php on line 468
Notice: Undefined variable: filter_name in /****/*******/******_html/vqmod/vqcache/vq2-catalog_controller_product_search.php on line 469
Notice: Undefined variable: filter_category_id in /****/*******/******_html/vqmod/vqcache/vq2-catalog_controller_product_search.php on line 469

I think they relate to the coding in the vqmod file;

// BOF - Piwik Opencart mod
$this->session->data['last_search_total'] = $product_total;
$this->model_tool_piwik->trackSiteSearch($filter_name, $filter_category_id, $product_total);
// EOF - Piwik Opencart mod

Any help in correcting them would be very much appreciated.
Site is though as I do not like displaying errors they are switched off in Admin.

Life is for the taking. It's everything else you need to pay for.
