Hello,

We were wondering if any opencart developers would be interested in integrating with MobiCart http://www.mobi-cart.com

MobiCart can convert any e-commerce website into a native m-commerce app. Best of all, MobiCart is free and open source.

Integration guidelines:

Any integration can be given away for free or sold via our website. To get maximum exposure, we would recommend building a simple integration which you would give out for free, and then a more complex one you could sell.

Developers are also welcome to build as many integration as they like. Just because one company has built a MobiCart integration, this does not stop other developers from also building their own which they can also sell / give away for free.

This is a great opportunity for some developers to make some extra money as there are thousands of people out there waiting to get a native mobile commerce app for their existing website.

I think it would be great to have such a mobile feature build into OpenCart. I'm however no developer.

I've read about your HTML5 Web version that is coming out in July. Will the API automatically work with HTML5 version as well?

Hello and yes it will. Every feature currently built will work with the web app version apart from push notifications (due out next week) as that only works with native apps.

The web app will also be super easy to install, just one line of code will need to be added to the head section of your current website.

Great idea. I was thinking about how i could make one of these for a client today. Any progress on finding a way to intergrate with OpenCart?

i wished i listen, should of learn how to code.. this is great for my store.need for android devices!

Not yet I'm afraid. We are not actually building the integration but just helping out.

Work started in late Jan and I've been told it should be live in beta in a few weeks.
