how to execute new extension in header.tpl

Hi,

I am currently using a theme in open cart and wanted to change the menu to a mega menu. Pavo theme has emailed me the mega menu extension which I have already installed and can configure etc.

But now I need to modify the header.tpl to point to this new menu.

Can anyone assist with this?
