Hey, OC fellows -

We sell installed products (like water heaters, furnaces, etc.) through OpenCart. We'd like to integrate a business process management tool in OC, if possible - something to track an order from inspection, to ordering of parts, to post-sales support, etc. I've looked at a few open-source BPM tools, but would like to know if anyone has any experience with this.

My Opencart Extensions
My site for installed home products: Home - Windows - Water Heaters -
Furnaces - and more!

The closest approach I recall seeing to project management (PM in that sense) for OC specifically is in the accordingly intriguing links at http://forum.opencart.com/viewtopic.php ... 51#p449723, but otherwise overall the usual means of handling that in dedicated software, outside a cart, still seem most flexibly effective.

what about integrating a paid BPM-tool, something like http://form.com ? it says there is a way to include an iframe on the page, but is this okay with opencart. currently we are building the new website using opencart, and I may sound noobish (as I am not a coder), so forgive me that.
