Add a width parameter to each product size

Good morning, I would like to ask if we can add the width parameter in cm for each product size eg S, M, XL (for clothes we are talking about). And then in search to choose it as a filter.

hi, thank you for the answer but you haven't understand what i want to say, my english is the problem .

I try to explain it better, for every product i have eg 4 sizes (S,M,XL,XXL). I want for every size to add a attribute width eg

S 23cm width
M 34cm width
XL 38cm width
XXL 42cm width
