Slideshow Settings Extended for OC 2.x.x.x

Image

This extension for OC 2.x.x.x allows the admin to set several javascript variables related to the jQuery owl carousel present on the banners. The extension was build on OCMod so there are no core file changes, and can be installed in a click. It will be available as OpenCart Extension as soon as my seller account is validated.

Variables added (more can be added by request) :

- AutoPlay
- Slide Speed
- Pagination Speed

DEMO

frontend : http://test.filipematias.info/opencart/
backend : http://test.filipematias.info/opencart/admin/ (admin:12345)

INSTALATION

Make sure you have the right permissions on modifications folder (system/modification). If 755 doesn't work, try 777.

Upload the slideshow.ocmod.xml file with the Extension Installer. That's all.
To disable / recache / remove the extension go to Modifications menu.

USAGE

You can change the available variables by going to Modules > Slideshow / Banners / Carousel.

- AutoPlay (numeric value in milliseconds)
- Slide Speed (numeric value in milliseconds)
- Pagination Speed (numeric value in milliseconds)

For further reference on what the available variables do, please refer to http://owlgraphic.com/owlcarousel/#customizing

Is it possible to have a full width slideshow when using right or left column?

Why a PM and not a public release as a free or lisenced extension? If I PM you I'll receive te extension for free or in exchange of payment?

Just curious.
