[VQMOD] Fix CKEditor whitespace and code indentation

Fixes the annoying whitespace that CKEditor places in the code
Prevents <p> tag being placed at top and bottom of code unnecessarily
Makes code tidier and easier to edit
Option to link to your own stylesheet / theme so that styles are visible in CKEditor for true WYSIWIG editing.
