my name is fares
my store:Version 1.5.1.3
I need to add some features(extension) to my store along with payment method.
Features(extension) :
1- Check box at the payment page for the customer to choose if he wants to receive the product his mobile
send product to my mobile ). FOR ALL ORDERS2- New payment methods goes like this :
Payment method Name:mobile recharge cards/balance transfer

The admin (me) should receive invoice like any other order(including the recharge card):
1-cards number.
2-opreator name.
if the customer choose balance transfer then i should receive the invoice including:
1-transfer from mobile number.
2- reference number.
3-opreator name.
The admin of the store should have the ability to add more operator or remove operator
and add the extra fees to the payment method or remove it or ...etc (separated from other payment methods fees)
I hope someone understand what i mean
how much it cost to add these features?
note:i made the pictures during old version of open cart but now i'm running 1.5.1.3
