Illegal use of module bought here

And I just want to report an guy that bought one license from my module here inside opencart's store, and that he is using my module in several sites, and also he is selling sites for his clients using my module.

I just discover this, because he sent me an email saying this:
"How are things? Alex, modulo bannerflash stopped working on the site. Do not know why, already tried several ways (install, uninstalled, installed again) and nothing. I looked at the database and everything OK ...... On my other site is operating normally, however the site http://www.brasicompras.com.br/ the 2 modules stopped working. Can you help me?"

Then, after discusing this with him by email he said this:
"good luck with everything, I will stop using their modules, so we have no error between us. I will create my own version (PS, I am also a developer and programmer, however I find it simple and easy to buy ready modules"

If he did this with my module, he maybe doing this with your modules as well.

He sent me another email:

But even if he make for him a new module, using the same modules code from OC, he is still using my flash file. So, that does not make a new module, that makes him a thief.

Daniel would probably ban the user from the store if you PMed the info to him. This sort of thing happens time to time but it's always mind-boggling when they come and ask for support and give you gruff about it. It shows so little respect for a person's time and effort.

The guy asked sorry for the situation, and asked me to make a new version for him, with an option to use on several of his sites, and he will pay for that one, and replace the modules by this one.
So, the situation is solved.
