Nofollow outbound links on your frontpage.
Nofollow tag links.

what is with the content layout choice?
that that means i have do have 4 module within your module (each for content top/bottom/left/right) for every page?
or?

Layout is import. The meta tags will only added to the pages for the layout you selected.
You don't need to specify the position for this module.
for example, you don't want google index the product search result page, but all google flow all links in search result page.
1. Create a new layout for search result page in "System->Design->Layouts"
2. Edit Meta Bot Control module, add a module with the follow settings.
for example, you have the setting above already. Now you want Yahoo index and follow, but not to keep an archived of the product search page. Here are the settings.

2. add an additional module with the follow settings

This mod hasn't been tested with OpenCart v1.4.9.5.
