I found something, obviously not existing in the OC Extension Sections.
It's for OC v.2. + 3.x Users, and it might help some, to speed up their Shops. ;)
No warranty and no Support from my Side, I just figured, to let you know. ;)

Advanced Caching Module for OpenCart 2.x - 3.x
This is due to the rather weak standard caching system of Opencart.
This module completely replaces the standard caching scheme and provides the ability to
manually configure caching for each section of the site For example, if this is an information
page, the content of which changes once a month or does not change at all, you can cache
all requests to the database, which makes the page almost static. If you configure the module
correctly, you can achieve an increase in website loading speed up to 3 times (and maybe more ...)

This is especially noticeable on sites where there are many additional modules and many
products and categories. Or slow hosting by itself. The module is natively compatible with
all third-party extensions if they are written on the OpenCart platform.

Minimal System requirements:
OpenCart 2+
PHP 5.5 and higher.

Installation:

1. Download the archive with the module and unzip it. The archive contains several folders.

2. For OpenCart 2.x, set up an FTP connection in your store configuration.

3. Install the required version of the module through the OpenCart installer.

4. Go to mods and update the mod cache

5. Go to extensions / modules and find EasyCache in the list, click "Install"

6. Go to the module, click enable

7. Since the module itself collects all the necessary information for its work - go to the site and go to the site page.
The module will collect the necessary information for its work.

8. Return to the module, refresh the page and go to the CACHING tab. If it was empty when installing the module,
now there will be a list of pages that you visited, with a list of events that were created by Opencart. Check the
box next to the events you want to cache. You can check everything for the main one, as well as for information
pages. This will not affect the performance of the site. Unless, of course, you have installed some modules that
require constant updating. Don't mark it.

9. Return to the settings tab and click enable debug mode. Go to the site, for example, to the main page. Refresh
the page. At the bottom of the page, you will see debug information indicating how many requests were made
from the database and from the cache. For the first time, it will be displayed that there are about 100 requests
from the database from the 2-11 cache. Refresh the page again because this was the first time you have cached.

And now the debug information should show that only 2-3 requests were made from the database and the rest were cached.
