Need of Cloning order in Admin page or Add order for existing customer

Hi Guys,

Basically i wish to be in admin and receive a phone call where aperson that has been ordering so far would like to order again.
There is no option what-so-ever to duplicate this order. Thinking about this there should be 3 approaches:
1. Admin > Orders > Add order ( Inside search by phone, name, etc Ajax fill in the data and add the new products to be ordered)
2. Admin > Orders > Duplicate order ( where the list of orders is and then edit and change the ordered products)
3. Catalog > Checkout > (If admin can choose and log in as a customer)

What do you think about this - do you see any other option i am missing?
I am willing to pay for development as well.

well, this has been a default function at least in v.1.5.6.x Versions, but since you
did not bother to mention, what you use, that's all, you'll get...
