Import/Export tool - mysqli::query(): send of 129 bytes failed with errno=32 Broken pipe

Ok guys and gals,
I recently moved servers. I had a nightmare of a time moving my cart over. I now only have the front page working and everything else giving a 404 error. I'm trying to see what it's calling from the database so I can try to troubleshoot. I'm not a coder by any means and mysql or mysqli are pretty much gibberish to me. That being said, I'm trying to export the database to excel so I can look at what might be broken but I get this:
mysqli::query(): send of 129 bytes failed with errno=32 Broken pipe
Any suggestions? TIA
I'm running OC 1.5.6 on InMotion hosting if it makes any difference.

Upgraded to 1.5.6.4. Install went ok and finished. Had to change config.php to accept mysqli for the database. Also rewrote the .htaccess file and it works fine now.

Ok. The site was working fine. I was exporting my database and got 2 batches done before it broke again. Same error:

mysqli::query(): send of 129 bytes failed with errno=32 Broken pipe

Now I'm completely lost. Any help would be much appreciated. - Dan
