Export/Import Tool (V2.27) for OpenCart 2.0.x - Import Issue

I installed V2.27 and I can export just fine, but when I take that same file (XLSX) and import back into OC, even though it states the Import was successful, nothing is updated.

My Details:
OC V 2.0.3.1

I looked in the error logs, and found this, but unsure if it's related or what it means exactly:

But this code does generate everytime I try to do another import.

Also, unsure if FTP should be enabled in OC. I keep it disabled for security purposes. I tried importing while enabling FTP, but still nothing gets updated.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
