Import/Export Tool 1.5.5.1 - need help, willing to pay!

Hi There,

I have an install of OC1.5.5.1 on a VPS. I have this tool installed and it was working fine, im not sure what changed.

When i go to export i get a garbled mess in the spreadsheet. I have attached what is downloaded.

Can anyone shed some light on this? was there an update made to some software on the server that could be causing problems??

Need this fixed asap and im not sure where to start.

Where does this problem stand now (14 days later)?

Still unresolved at the moment...

The first thing to do is to check your logs, e.g. server's error_log and OpenCarts system/logs/error.txt for any entries.
