This is pretty simple to fix, or at least is with my google base improved module
Install that one, use the correct url for the improved module, and see if you have errors
If you get any issues it's likely to be a product title name. The issue with your feed at the minute is actually due to inappropriate whitespace where it shouldn't be. My mod removes the possibility of this by using the DOMDocument rather than the standard echoing out tags one at a time

Long story short, change the feed to the improved version

I installed your feed but have the same problem. Any ideas how to remove the white space error?

Never mind, it finally worked. I had to change the upload time until google finally uploaded it. The module works perfect. Thanks for the help.

if you're using the standard google base feed, it won't work these days due to changes by google. My improved mod has also been discontinued. UKSB (uksitebuilder) has a module in the extension area that should work (commercial)

Hey Jay,

Thanks so much for your prompt response! Do you think this will be something that will be fixed soon and I should hold out or should I just buy the one you listed. I just bought $100 worth of mods so I am really trying to limit how much money I put into this :-\

The question is like asking how long is a piece of string...there's no known date for the base being fixed (if at all worryingly) so I can't tell you I'm afraid
