Help with Aust Post set up - 1.5.2.1. OC

I have installed the Aust Post online of August 26 into OC 1.5.2.1. and it seems to work however...

Whilst I have the weight of a CD at 130 grams, when I get an estimate for shipping to the same Zip Code as the shop, I only get these packages..

Australia Post
Australia Post Standard (est. 1 day delivery) $7.60
Australia Post Express (est. 1 day delivery) $10.55
Australia Post Standard Prepaid Satchel $8.20

Why don't I get the standard letter rate for a CD of about $1.20 ?

It seems at the moment the cheapest rate is $7.60 which means I will unfortunately not be able to use this module.

Please someone help me.

I have entered size, weight etc in the product but I still only get this...

From the Aust Post web site using the size and weight I have in OC I get this

Letter size: 180 x 240 x 5
Letter weight: Up to 20g
Letter size: large letter

Large letter $1.20
Express $6.60

I know it was a long time ago, but did you ever find a solution for this?
