Hello i've searched but i can't find such method. If you know can you give me link, or any instructions how to change one of the modules to suite me. I need Shiping method that will be basicaly this:

I was thinking about using the module with Fixed Price but at the end of the module there is price 0.0 that will be confusing any way of removing it ?
If you wanted to display text in the cost where it usually displays the $0.00 price, you could take a look at Free Shipping Plus. That allows you to set the text for what is displayed for the shipping line, and will give a 0.00 cost shipping to the order so it doesn't affect the price of the order.
However, note that you would need to somehow charge the customer for shipping later on. I'm not sure how you would handle this, or if you have some other method for charging shipping to customers.
