Does anyone know of a module for Paymate for New Zealand?

I do a lot of developer work for opencart people worldwide so i might be able to help you... or at least have a few good chats... lol
...

I have created custom payment mods other NZers in the past, normally when they want to put it though their bank's payment gatway and some have got me to create payment mods for them to use it...
