PayPal Standard not showing as available payment method

Check your Total is 0.01 or similar. Geo Zone is valid for the correct countries and the Status is Enabled.

Check your error logs.

You could try uninstalling and reinstalling the module. You could also check there are no missing or changed files for your installation.
