I added this and followed instructions, plus sent them a note

awaiting reply, but they said check through forums

I cannot find this pretty extreme basic answer

I added all files to all of the same folders on my installation, but I go to the ADMIN panel, Modules, Payments, and google checkout doesnt appear.

I know it must be a pretty basic answer?

At first I wondered what MHCCORP was, and if it could be a trusted source, but it looks like JNeuhoff's site, as it's listed in his profile.

Regarding your actual issue, what verison of OpenCart are you using? Google Checkout, by JNeuhoff, only supports v1.5.1.2 at the moment. I am hoping he will update to 1.5.1.3 soon, as it is the reason I'm considering OpenCart.

the google checkout module doesn't use the payments section like other payment modules. It shows up in the modules section. This is outlined in their documentation.
