Recording a cash payment on the system.

How? Where? At what stage will i record a cash payment on my open cart website when a customer pays by cash?

Opencart isn't really designed to take cash payments as that would be more of a POS system, however, you could just set an order status like "Paid by cash" and change the order status to that once you receive the payment.
