The build in one doesn't work anymore, as it seems...

You could try to replace the default PP Express Code with this one,
it might fix your Problem, but I did not test it, so I really don't know.
There was some discussion about this here:

But the Problem could also be related with PHP v.7 and Mcrypt, which is
no longer part of later PHP v.7.x Version capable encryption.php Files.
Just make a backup, before replacing Files !
