Payment process hangs while using authorize.net

Hi guyz,
Am using opencart 1.4.8b version.
I use authorize.net as payment method. While i try to confirm an order, the payment processing hangs for long time. In other words, the activity indicator in middle keeps on rotating..
But the customer and store owner gets the confirmed order mail.
I dont know whats the reason for this. Could anyone plz help me??

It could be the email required bug, this is known to have an effect. Take a look at this thread on how to fix the bug and see if that helps

Hi friend,
Thanks for ur reply. I have gone through that thread and made changes. Still its not fixed.
When i entered my credit card number in payment page, it still hangs with a msg " Please wait ".
Is there any other way to fix it???

That's the only thing I can remember seeing regarding it. It could be another error of some sort, have you taken a look in your error logs?

ya i had a look. As far as i have seen, no errors are related to this issue.
Should be something else yaar??
Cud anyone plz help me in this???

Hi,
Whenever i double click the button on confirm page it works for me.
Am directed to success page. Dont know whats going on inside???
Can anyone give a possible solution for this???
Y its not working on a single click??
Am afraid that this will be charged double for a customer!!!
