Paypal 1.4.9 Currency error

I don t know which files there I should update without touching the products or the design! All the .tpl? or only some of them?

Is it OK to merge the whole template folder?

or only the "common" folder?

Is there a thread on the topic I can please be referred to?

Is it only the CSS files that are modified when a new theme is done? Meaning that I could merge all the .tpl files without problem?

Please can someone help me with that question, I don't know what to do, I have looked on the internet but I don t know, the software says nearly all the .tpl are different in my theme from the new "default" theme, i don t know which one I should merge and which one I shouldn't! I would really really appreciate some help!

in my case, for the "registered checkout" and "guest checkout" , does someone know what the name of the .tpl is that I should merge?

OK well I took the chance to merge everything and somehow it worked don t know if it was a good thing, but anyway...
