Hi all,
I hope I am posting this topic in the correct section , I have searched for an answer and couldn't find one.
I have a relatively new website and have been taking payments using sagepay and a customer phoned today bringing to my attention that he couldn't pay.

When it comes to the payment section in checkout there is a message that says "Warning: No Payment options are available. Please contact us for assistance!"

As I said it was working perfectly fine for a few months and no settings have been changed. The only things that gets changed are products, options and categories.

My first thought was, there was an error from Sagepays end but they say it is definitely from my end.

I don't know why it has stopped working, after working perfectly fine.

Any assistance or answers would be much appreciated as I can't take payments right now.

did you make any changes to your sagepay settings that says geo zones? You might have limited it to certain geo zones
